Refund & Returns Policy – Jardin Classics

Overview

At Jardin Classics, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We specialize in Rattan accessories, outdoor furniture, and SERO gypsum products. Due to the nature of some items, certain conditions and exclusions apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. It must include all original packaging, manuals, and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. Please note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Jardin Classics.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Opened or used gypsum-based products
Sale or clearance items Digital products Gift cards

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:
Items with signs of wear or use
Opened media or packaging
Products not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
Returns made beyond the 30-day period but within a reasonable grace window (subject to approval)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return: We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund: Recheck your bank account and statements. Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post. Contact your bank – processing times vary. Still no refund? Contact our support team:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@jardinclassics.com or +254 759 968 853, and send the item to our return address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
