4. Orders and Payments All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payments must be made using accepted payment methods provided at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery services within Kenya.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags/manuals.

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must not be returned to the manufacturer directly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Opened gypsum-based products

  • Sale/clearance items, gift cards, or digital products

Partial Refunds (If Approved):

  • Returned after 30-day period within reasonable grace period

  • Missing parts or original packaging

Refunds:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
